@BaSbooSa159 The secret lies in the black backdrop. The puppeteers are wearing black suits that completely conceal them. If you look close at some points you can see the puppeteer’s elbow touch the table. Bert’s hands and feet are attached to thin black rods that someone operates while Frank Oz manipulates the head and does the voice. It’s no easy task so even when you know how it’s done it’s still impressive.

omg! In the Dutch Sesame Street, Bert NEVER has legs! I also remember him being very grumpy. This seems so out of character for him.
