It’s a rough translation… He’s asking if he comes for the “Etrennes”. In France, “les etrennes” are some kind of gift or money that we give to the postmen, firemen etc on New Year’s. They come to your door and sell you calendars and you can give whatever you want. After a while you end up with many many calendars, from the post, the firemen, the garbagemen etc…
Unfortunately i don’t understand french. Is he really saying “are you treat or treating?” at 6:46? =)
